Jacorion Randle is the Founder and CEO of Lykos Sovereign Group, Inc., a permanent capital firm focused on acquiring essential services businesses in infrastructure, energy, and healthcare. He founded LSG with the conviction that the businesses providing the most essential services to American communities deserve owners who will hold them indefinitely.
Kevin Dunham is a CPA and M&A professional serving on LSG's Advisory Board. He previously served as a Director at Constellation Brands, overseeing more than $1 billion in M&A transaction volume.
Patrick Mumman is VP at CBIZ and Advisory Board Member of LSG. With involvement in 45+ transactions annually, he brings exceptional deal velocity and middle-market origination expertise.
