Teams & Roles
Source, evaluate, and close acquisitions. Spans origination, financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution. M&A, investment banking, or PE experience preferred.
Partner with management teams to drive operational improvement, financial reporting, and strategic execution. Consulting or industry management backgrounds valued.
Own financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. CPA preferred. Backgrounds in public accounting, corporate finance, or FP&A.
Capital formation, investor relations, intermediary partnerships, and strategic planning. Strong communicators with analytical rigor and ownership mindset.
Early Careers
LSG believes the best way to learn private capital is to work in it. Our early careers program is designed for exceptional undergraduate and graduate students who want to build real skills in M&A, operations, and essential services investing.
We run a selective summer analyst program and consider part-time engagement for students in finance, accounting, or business programs. Strong academics, analytical capability, and genuine intellectual curiosity are the baseline.
10-week program for rising juniors and seniors. Work directly on live deals, financial models, and sector research. Application cycle opens January each year.
