What We Look For
Owner Mentality
You think about the firm's capital as if it were your own. You don't need permission to identify a problem and fix it.
Institutional Rigor
Everything at LSG is built to institutional standard. If you do something, it should be done once and done right.
Sector Conviction
You believe essential services — infrastructure, energy, healthcare — are the durable backbone of the economy. Not a trend. A thesis.
Long-Horizon Thinking
We don't optimize for quarterly optics. We build for decades. If you want a sprint, LSG is the wrong place. If you want to build something that lasts, it's the right one.
