Source and evaluate acquisition targets in infrastructure/energy and healthcare services. Build financial models, conduct market research, write investment memos, and support due diligence processes end-to-end. Reports directly to the CEO.
Remote · Flexible Hours
Support the firm's capital formation efforts — manage the data room, draft LP communications, assist with pitch materials, and coordinate outreach to family offices, RIAs, and institutional capital sources.
Deployed to Portfolio Company Locations
Future role, activated upon first acquisition close. Embedded in portfolio company operations — drives management team development, systems implementation, financial reporting improvements, and strategic planning cadence.
Remote · ~20 hrs/week
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for the HoldCo entity, coordinate with external CPA (Kevin Dunham), support deal-level financial tracking, and maintain corporate records. Grows to Controller as portfolio scales.
